Shipping methods
- DTF gang sheets: $12.00 flat rate per order, however many sheets · continental U.S.
- All other products (sublimation transfers, apparel, tumblers, home décor, promotional and premade items): standard rates, shown at checkout before you pay. An order that mixes DTF gang sheets with other products ships at those standard rates — the DTF flat rate is not added on top.
- Local pickup: Free for any order · Pflugerville, TX. We email you when your order is ready to pick up.
When does my order ship?
Orders ship after production is complete (see turnaround times). You'll get a shipping notification with tracking the moment the label is created.
Order tracking
Once shipped, you can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visiting the order tracking page and entering your order number
- Logging into your account and checking the order status page
Where we ship
We currently ship within the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military (APO/FPO) or international addresses, please contact us for a quote, or choose free local pickup.
Ship-to-many (bulk orders)
For wholesale customers, we can split a single order across multiple shipping addresses (e.g., shipping team store orders to individual employees). See our team stores page for details.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages). We'll file a claim with the carrier and reprint/reship your order at no cost.
Wrong address?
If you need to change the shipping address, contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it at no cost. If it's already shipped, we'll do our best to reroute — fees may apply.
